The work at the Student Union is regulated by a number of regulatory documents that either the Representative Council or the Student Union Board decide. If you want to suggest a change in a regulatory document, the Student Union's template for meeting motions can be found here.

Opinion program
The Union has three documents that stipulate what we think on various issues. They are the Social and Educational Policy Programme (SOUP), the Research and Graduate Education Policy Programme (FFUP) and the Position Paper on the Science Village. They should be followed by our external representatives so that the voice of the Unions is united and clear. They will also generate a debate on the form and content of education with the aim of achieving higher quality.

The Study Social and Education Policy Program addresses subjects related to undergraduate education at LTH, i.e. master of science, engineering, industrial design and architecture programmes. Here you can read Teknologkårens requirements for everything from examinations to the school's accessibility for disabled people.
Lund University has for some time been discussing the issue of moving certain activities to the area between Max IV and ESS, also known as Science Village (SV). That certain activities will move there is already a fact (such as NanoLund and support functions for experiments at Max IV), the question being discussed now is how much and what. This document states the views of Teknologkåren on the issue of moving Education to this area.
Year-specific regulatory documents
The budget is the main framework for Teknologkårens Economy. This document forms the basis for the Unions ensure that members' money is used responsibly. The framework budget is decided by the the Representative Council and the concrete budget are decided by the the Union Board .
The business plan is the tools of the members to influence the areas Teknologkåren extra work during the financial year. The idea behind the business plan is to have concrete goals to work towards during the year without micromanaging the business. The goals have been developed as strategic investments for the business where we currently either have problems, have great rewards to make or are expected to have problems.
The annual report is perhaps the longest document for Teknologkåren, and is drawn up by the Student Union Board after each operational year. In the annual report, the Student Union Board presents how the past year has elapsed.
