Lophtet is Teknologkårens oldest premises and is a small cottage just north of Kemicentrum. Here, technologists meet regularly to celebrate their written exams.

The room can easily accommodate 300 people or around 90 seated. There is a kitchen and a fireplace. A disco system with sound system is suspended from the ceiling. The venue is available for hire from 14:00 to 11:00 the following day. Guild/The Union can book 6 months in advance, other tenants can only book 3 months in advance.
