IAESTE

IAESTEThe International Association for the Exchange of Students for Technical Experience organizes internships in over 80 countries - primarily for technologists, scientists and architects. We also have some other placements in fields such as economics.

Placements vary in length - they can be anywhere from 2 to 18 months long, but most are 3-6 months. There are placements suitable for university students of all years. In some cases, it is also possible to combine internships with graduate jobs.

​

IAESTE is an international organisation with its own board at international and national level. IAESTE LK Lund is also a Committees During Teknologkåren .

Posts and subcommittees of the IAESTE

CHAIRMAN OF THE IAESTE

Leads IAESTE LK Lund's work.

​

VICE-PRESIDENT

Assists the Chairman in its work to chair the committee.

​

JOBRAISING COMMITTEE

The Jobraising Committee has primary responsibility for planning and coordinating business contact.

​

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE

The PR Committee is responsible for marketing both to students and to companies. The PR Committee has the main responsibility for ensuring that the number of applications for the traineeships offered is high.

​

THE RECEPTION COMMITTEE

The reception committee has the primary responsibility to receive the trainees who come to Lund by assisting in arranging accommodation, visas and other things that the trainee may need during his stay in Sweden.

​

ACTIVITY COMMITTEE

the Recreation Committee responsible for organising activities for trainees, the Committee, and other students at the LTH .

​

ALUMNI COMMITTEE

The Alumni Committee is responsible for keeping in good contact with alumni who have been IAESTE LK Lund.
