The Chairman of the Electoral Board convenes and chairs the Election Board, which is responsible for the administration of the Teknologkårens the Representative Council .
The Electoral Commission is responsible for calling, organizing and conducting public votes and elections for the Representative Council. the Council Election Board is responsible for ensuring that Teknologkårens members are well informed about the candidates' views in order to make an informed decision.

Items in the Council Election Board
CHAIRMAN OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION
The Chairman of the Election Board calls and directs the work of the Election Board.
MEMBER OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION
The Electoral Board member will support the Chair of the Electoral Board in his/her work. This may include campaign planning, marketing and ensuring that the elections are conducted democratically and in accordance with the Teknologkårens guidelines.
None of the members may be a member of the the Union Board .
SECTION MEMBER OF THE ELECTORAL BOARD
Each Guild Within Teknologkåren shall appoint a representative to: the Council Election Board .
In addition to these items, the Inspector and the President of the the Council Election Board .
